RICS Home Survey – Level 3 (formally known as a structural survey / building survey) is the most detailed type of survey available. If your property is old, large, has a level of disrepair, or has some unusual features, it is usually recommended that you get this type of survey. After the inspection, the walls will be tested for dampness.
